Thomas A. Fitch

Tom Fitch is a founding partner of Fitch & Stahle Law Office and has practiced law since 1992. His work focuses on personal injury and criminal defense matters for clients in Iowa and Nebraska.

Tom earned his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in 1991 and a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 1986. He is admitted to practice in Iowa and Nebraska.

Tom also served in the Nebraska Army National Guard from 1981 to 2004. His service included work as a Judge Advocate, active service during the Persian Gulf War, and retirement at the rank of Major.

Robert J. Stahle

Bob Stahle began his legal career in 1987 as a criminal prosecutor in the Woodbury County Attorney's Office. He entered private practice in 1988 and became a founding partner of Fitch & Stahle Law Office in 2007. His work focuses on personal injury and criminal defense matters.

Bob earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1986 and a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Iowa in 1982. He was admitted to practice in Iowa in 1987 and Nebraska in 2008.

A longtime Siouxland attorney, Bob brings both prosecutorial and private-practice experience to clients facing serious injuries or criminal charges.
